Announcement to Eligible Vendors:
The Green River Regional Educational Cooperative (GRREC), on behalf of its participating schools, invites your company to submit a proposal for the following services: PPE supplies including but not limited to: gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, no-touch thermometers, and plexi-glass. Documents may be requested from Ann Burden (ann.burden@grrec.org) beginning Friday, June 12, 2020.
GRREC wants to develop a long-term relationship that is profitable for the vendor while still providing aggressive pricing and great service for our districts. To add value to this contract the committee may award all categories to multiple vendors. The contract effective dates shall be July 1, 2020 with the opportunity to extend on a yearly basis until June 30, 2024. The committee will entertain written proposals inclusive of second year contracts. GRREC reserves the right to offer month-by-month extensions until a new contract is awarded.
Proposals are due at 9:00 AM CT on Monday, June 29, 2020. Proposals must be in the actual possession of GRREC on or prior to the exact time and date set for proposal opening. Each vendor is responsible for determining all factors necessary for submission of a comprehensive bid proposal. Added value features such as guaranteed savings, warranty service, experienced staff, etc. will play a role in the final vendor selection.
