Special Services
GRREC’s Special Services focus on students first and compliance always. We work alongside your teams to complete timely evaluations, write usable IEPs, and set progress measures that teachers can track without extra paperwork. Our specialists support autism, behavior, speech-language, OT/PT, vision/hearing, and assistive technology. We align with Kentucky regulations and IDEA so timelines, documentation, and services stay on track.
In practice, that means co-planning interventions, modeling strategies in classrooms, and coaching staff on data collection and MTSS so students get the right support sooner. We help teams problem-solve challenging behavior, adapt instruction, and communicate with families in clear language. When you need coverage for shortages or spikes in caseload, we help stabilize services while building local capacity. The result is steady progress for students and fewer surprises in monitoring.
