Michelle Antle is an esteemed member of the GRREC community, serving as the Low Incidence Consultant. She has been recognized for her work in the field of school psychology, having been named Kentucky School Psychologist of the Year in both 2020 and 2011. Additionally, she has been appointed by the Governor to the Kentucky Center for School Safety Board and by the Educational Commissioner to KDE's Dyslexia Task Force. Michelle also serves as a board member to various local organizations that support individuals with different abilities.

Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and went on to earn an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She is affiliated with GRREC, Kentucky Autism Training Center, Office for Children with Special Health Care Needs, The HIVE, WKU Suzanne Vitale Clinical Education Complex, and the Franklin Lions Club. Michelle finds joy in seeing adults and children make connections and is passionate about being a part of the educational, training, and coaching process in schools.

For many years, Michelle has dedicated herself to the field of education, specializing in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

She has extensive experience in crisis response, school safety, building effective community partnerships, and improving the behavioral and mental health of students. Her passion is to continue to improve the lives of those with different abilities by educating professionals, parents, and community partners on best practices and inclusion strategies. Seeing students succeed is the best reward for her, and she finds great joy in being a part of this process.
