Clardy
With over 35 years of experience in education, Anna Clardy has dedicated her career to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. She currently serves as Project ACCESS Coordinator at the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative (GRREC) in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where she provides leadership and training to districts implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) through the Mental Health Services Professional Demonstration Grant Program.
Anna is recognized across the region for her expertise in behavior management, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), restorative practices, trauma-informed care, and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Her passion lies in helping educators create safe, inclusive environments where all students can thrive. She is a certified Restorative Practices Trainer, Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and Trauma-Informed Care Facilitator, known for her engaging, relationship-centered professional development sessions.
Before her current role, Anna served as District Behavior Coach for Warren County Public Schools, where she led districtwide PBIS and Behavioral RTI implementation, supported schools in crisis response, and coached educators in proactive, evidence-based behavior supports. Her earlier experience includes 20 years as a school counselor, where she chaired ARC and 504 teams, led PBIS initiatives, and supported interventions across all tiers.
Anna began her career as a classroom teacher in the primary grades, building a strong foundation in child development and instructional practices that continues to guide her work today.
Known for her calm leadership, collaborative spirit, and commitment to equity and belonging, Anna continues to empower educators and school teams to strengthen student well-being, improve outcomes, and build restorative, resilient school communities.
