Natalie Croney is a Kentucky curriculum and literacy leader serving as a Professional Learning Specialist for EPIC, where she supports educators in leveraging the Kentucky Academic Standards, HQIR, and best practices to enhance the learning experience. Her leadership is grounded in school, district, state, and national-level influence in some of the following areas:

• Serving on the Kentucky Department of Education's Reading and Writing Standards Advisory Panel (2025)
• Consulting for The College Board on the latest AP Literature and Composition Course and Exam Description
• Serving as a teacher-leader and coaching teacher-leaders selected for the Prichard Committee’s Teacher Fellowship
• Training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Instructional Rounds
• Authoring, co-authoring, and co-editing educational materials that center around empathy, literacy, literature, and teacher wellbeing

Natalie holds a Master's in English Rhetoric and Composition from Western Kentucky University and is a graduate of WKU's Level Up Leadership Academy. She is invested in increasing the capacity and influence of learners and those who facilitate learning.

When she is not working, Natalie is a plant lover who enjoys decorating, reading, writing, listening to music, struggling with boxing bag work drills, and spending time with friends and family.
