Kaylee Crowder serves as GRREC’s Events Coordinator, where she leads the design, development, and execution of hundreds of high-quality professional learning experiences each year. She collaborates closely with GRREC chiefs, directors, project staff, and district partners to bring the cooperative’s mission—Premier Services from People You Trust—to life through innovative events, networks, and large-scale educator and student experiences.

Before transitioning into event leadership, Kaylee served as a Learning Acceleration Specialist supporting math teachers across the region. She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching—Middle Grades Mathematics from Western Kentucky University. Her professional recognitions include serving as a Summit Learning Fellow, being named a Kentucky Math Teacher Leader, and receiving the Kentucky Excellence in Teaching Award twice.

Across her roles at GRREC, Kaylee has been deeply committed to strengthening educator collaboration, elevating instructional practice, and creating inclusive, high-impact learning experiences. Whether coordinating statewide networks, designing signature events like STEM-A-THON, or supporting teams through data-driven planning, she is passionate about expanding access, amplifying teacher voice, and making learning meaningful for all students.
