Rebecca has experience in K–5 education, supporting high-quality instruction through curriculum implementation, intervention, and instructional coaching. Most of her experience has been in the primary grades, including providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 reading intervention. Rebecca also brings experience working with diverse learners, including English language learners and students with identified learning needs, within general education classroom settings. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in early literacy, differentiation, and equitable instructional practices.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K–5) and Special Education (K–12) from Western Kentucky University. Her training and experience support her work with teachers as they plan, deliver, and reflect on instruction aligned to standards and evidence-based practices.

Outside of her professional work, Rebecca enjoys traveling and experiencing new places, valuing opportunities to learn from different environments and cultures.
