Heather Kessler serves as a Elevate Academy Cohort Facilitator for LETRS Participants. With a Master's in Education (Reading Foundations) and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, Heather holds endorsements in Gifted Education and Consulting, along with Doug Reeves Instructional Coaching Certification.

In her career, Heather facilitated District Focus Standards Teams in English Language Arts and Professional Learning Communities at the building level. She contributed to the district-level Curriculum Committee, particularly in ELA standards adoption. Heather collaborated with the Center for Gifted Studies at WKU and trained as an ELEOT Observer.

Passionate about working with adult learners, Heather, as an instructional coach, values the unique perspectives teachers bring to the classroom. Her enthusiasm for helping educators discover resources and knowledge has led to her current role with Elevate Academy, where she looks forward to leveraging her skills in facilitating teachers for the rank change program.
