Melissa Parocai, currently a Elevate Academy Facilitator, brings over two decades of marketing and public relations expertise within the education sector. Her career spans various roles, including on-site base positions, department head responsibilities and serving as a University Mentor for New Teachers. Melissa holds a BA in Corporate and Organizational Communications, MA degrees in Education and Behavioral Science, and a Rank 1 in Director of Special Education.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa actively contributes to multiple professional organizations, such as KEA, KAAC and the Council for Exceptional Children.
