Taylor Glasscoe-Ramirez serves as the Migrant Education Advocate/Recruiter for the Central Region with GRREC, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She works to identify and recruit eligible farmworker families into the program. She also works to provide services to qualifying families, including at-school and in-home tutoring and connecting families with other school/community support services. She seeks to bridge any learning gaps for students and assist with language/cultural barriers for the families.

Taylor has almost 10 years of experience with the Kentucky Migrant Education Program. She began working for the program shortly after graduating from Campbellsville University in 2016, and has been dedicated to serving the migrant farmworker population ever since. She is passionate about advocating for the families in our communities and she loves the cultural exchange that comes with the work.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, especially her baby son Diego and her husband. She enjoys hiking, trying different coffee shops, and collecting vinyl records.
