Katrinka Wagoner is a Cohort Facilitator at Elevate Academy, where she supports educators through professional learning and coaching. She is passionate about helping teachers integrate their existing skills with innovative strategies to improve student learning outcomes.

Katrinka has made significant contributions to the field of education throughout her career. Her roles have included serving as the recording secretary for the Kentucky Council for Exceptional Children board, District Safe Crisis Management Instructor, Kentucky Teacher Internship Program Resource Teacher, and ECE Department Chair.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Elementary Education, a Master’s in Elementary Education, and a Rank I in Education. Katrinka remains actively involved in the education community through her affiliations with the Kentucky Council for Exceptional Children and the Kentucky Council of Administrators of Special Education.

Her dedication to supporting educators and fostering a positive learning environment for students is evident in all aspects of her work.
